Part Seven – Qualities They Must Possess – Big Biller Six

At the core of every top-performing recruiter is a mindset—a set of qualities that consistently separate Big Billers from the pack. One legendary recruitment leader summed it up best when he described the six qualities that define the greats:

  1. They Challenge the Status Quo
Big Billers don’t follow conventional wisdom—they question it. They refuse to accept “the way it’s always been done” and aren’t afraid to color outside the lines.
  1. They Set Written, Measurable Goals
If it’s not written down, it’s not a goal—it’s a wish. Top producers define their targets clearly and track progress relentlessly.
  1. They Visualize the Win
Big Billers don’t just set goals—they see them. They create vivid mental pictures of success and keep those images front and center.
  1. They Master Their Inner Game
Anxiety is part of the journey. Big Billers don’t pretend it’s not there—they manage it. Courage doesn’t mean you’re fearless; it means you take action in spite of fear.
  1. They Avoid Comfort Zones
High performers know that growth doesn’t come from staying safe. They embrace calculated risk and stretch themselves beyond the familiar.
  1. They’re Fully Present
Whether they’re closing a deal or spending time with family, they commit 100%. They know success comes from being fully where you are—not distracted, not divided.

Until then—stay focused, stay driven, and keep pushing forward.
